Hello ***, This is in response to a complaint that was turned in on our Homes Direct location in West SacramentoWe were originally scheduled to deliver the house about a month ago but a bridge that was necessary to get the home to the property got washed out and the only alternative route to
the customer's property required CHP escortWe eventually got approval from the local authorities to take that route and tried to deliver this Monday (8/14/17) but there were several turns that the truck wasn't able to make without special equipmentWe are in the process of getting bids from a couple of different vendors to use their equipment to get the home past the turns that a regular truck can't make and as soon as we get a contractor lined up we will reschedule the deliveryWe have been in contact with FEMA and *** on several occasions the latest was correspondence was on Monday (8/14/17) with ***This is an unfortunate and unforeseen issue and rest assured we are doing all that can be done in order to deliver this home to our client and get him moved in so he can be in our house and so we can get paidIf you have any questions you can give our office a call at ***
