The customer needed a new aerator and did not want to pay the price of a new one. So we told him we could put in a used one for less. He agreed to the used aerator. Now that the used aerator has failed the customer has demanded that we replace it with a new one a no cost. We can not do that so we have given him a refund for the used aerator he originally wanted that failed. Thank you, [redacted] Rw Septic Service Sent from my iPad

It has been over a month since we first brought these issues to their attention, and the [redacted] of RW Septic has told us before that [redacted] was going to refund our money, yet weeks later we still have not had the money returned to us.
We want a definite due date for us to receive this refund, in the reasonably near future.
