Since we started renting from R.W Caldwell, they have been incredibly reliable and prompt in responding to general household and appliance maintenance. Over the last few years we have experienced some minor issues with our rental due to normal aging and wear and tear of our sink, washing machine, and outdoor water spigot. With all of these concerns the repairmen were available to help almost immediately and wouldn't rest until the job was done. If a part or appliance needed to be replaced we received it often the same day or, at most, in 2 days time. Throughout our 3 years renting from Caldwell, the rental department has maintained great communication between us and the owner, making sure both parties remain happy. When the time comes for us to find a new place, we plan on staying with R.W. Caldwell and really appreciate their kindness, consideration, and family-like environment!
