RVM TWIST

On Monday December 16th,2019 I *** booked an appointment through *** on Instagram, upon booking the appointment I had to pay $20 deposit for confirmation. I reached out to this hairstylist numerous times for confirmation that she was doing my hair for the address. She replied a day later with an attitude. Knowingly my hair appointment was last minute due to my normal stylist canceling on me, I felt like I should've never wasted my time if I was already getting negative vibes. On friday, December 20th, I *** arrived to my hair appointment 10minutes early, had to pay for meter parking which was not stated in booking app, I texted hairstylist stating that I am here, she stated that she texted me numerous times and I didn't confirm so she left! This made me upset because I drove 2 hours away for her to leave and not let me know! She insisted that someone will do my hair which was her co worker ***. *** tried her best to service me, but yet did not satisfy my expectations. My hairstyle looked like I let my lil sister play in my head, better yet I arrived at 2:30 didn't leave the shop until 5:30 all I wanted was a silk press and that job didn't get done. I am very unsatisfied , I will never visit rvm salons again. Very unprofessional, when a client is unsatisfied you are supposed to do your best to satisfy them and make them feel comfortable. Today December 22nd, I *** found out that I was blocked on Instagram by *** and still didn't get a refund of my deposit.
