I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

I have finally received my refundIt was not because RVing Solutions responded to the complaint I filed thru your organizationIt was because I had to trick them into calling me and then I told them the next call would be to the Ohio Insurance Commissioner and Attorney General.I guess the complaint is closed, but I would like to have my review posted.Thank you*** ***###-###-####

As part of our customer service we call every customer to make sure that they want to cancel and to make sure of the reason as well as to explain the process including the time it will take. It is quite a process and we want to make sure you understand that it takes some time. Filing a
complaint was not necessary as it has already been faxed into the company for processing. You will receive your money as soon as we receive the check from Extra Ride and process it on our end
