This company has recently aquired the mobile home park in which I live. They have started making us pay individually for our water and sewer, however, they do not show is our usage because there are no meters. They are "cleaning up" the neighborhood, mostly telling us all the things that they don't like. They have given us new guidelines and regulations in which we must adhere to. The problem is that the office "lady" is a very rude and hateful person. She has come to my place a few times now over the last couple of days and each time, she has been disrespectful, hateful, snarky and rude. She has absolutely zero compassion. Even though I have been trying to comply with the new rules, she just wants to give me grief that things aren't good enough. There are many others in the area with yards and porches and such just as bad if not worse than mine, so it makes me wonder if she's being equally mean to them. She is a horrible person.

Had a water leak in the underground pipe system. Reported it right away. It took them 3 months to come & look at it. Meanwhile the water swamped my electric box & cut off all electric to my home. Spent many days without electric & calling office to get things repaired. Nobody knew what to do & corporate had to be called to check on what to do. Lost all food in fridge, never got a break on recently raised lot rent & fought with office to get things fixed. They claim to make things better, forget it
