This business doesn't know how to manage its website or its inventoryI ordered an item on their website that took hours to order due to their website constantly crashing and making extra steps for customers to complete before even adding the item to the cartThen, when trying to check out, the item would disappear from the cartAfter I finally successfully purchased the item, the company wanted me to "confirm" my order by reaching out the them (as if I hadn't done that on their website already)I call and speak to an associate who confirms the order only to get an email the next day stating that the item was out of stock and that my order was cancelledHow did the associate not know this at the time of my "confirmation" callAs a result, this company charged me for an item they never really had in stockThis is the worst shopping experience I've ever hadAs a business, if you can't handle selling a limited-edition item, don't try toThis business's attempt to due so was a failure and upset many loyal customers of that brandThey have no respect for their customers, as is evident in the solution they offered me: a coupon (as if I'll ever shop there again)
This business doesn't know how to manage its website or its inventory. I ordered an item on their website that took hours to order due to their website constantly crashing and making extra steps for customers to complete before even adding the item to the cart. Then, when trying to check out, the item would disappear from the cart. After I finally successfully purchased the item, the company wanted me to "confirm" my order by reaching out the them (as if I hadn't done that on their website already). I call and speak to an associate who confirms the order only to get an email the next day stating that the item was out of stock and that my order was cancelled. How did the associate not know this at the time of my "confirmation" call. As a result, this company charged me for an item they never really had in stock. This is the worst shopping experience I've ever had. As a business, if you can't handle selling a limited-edition item, don't try to. This business's attempt to due so was a failure and upset many loyal customers of that brand. They have no respect for their customers, as is evident in the solution they offered me: a coupon (as if I'll ever shop there again).
