We had some trouble with our ACRussle from RVA Repairs came by and fixed the problemHe was fast and inexpensiveI would totally have them work on my appliances

As I write this review, it has officially been 1 week since they left my house vowing to return as soon as they expedited the order for the replacement parts from their supplier, whom they said is new and "highly motivated to give us good service." Well I hope they are getting good service from their supplier because I certainly am not. I searched the parts myself online, found them at a 50% discount and completed the repair myself. The dryer (Simple heater replacement) is fine but the washer has the same noise, so their diagnosis was incorrect. I will never again use or recommend this Company who is the "Authorized Whirlpool service provided" in the Richmond area.

RVA repairs has come to my rescue on more than one occasion. Russell is efficient, friendly & very adept a repairing all of our appliances no matter the age, brand or problem. He's honest & respects my home, my family & my time.
