Review: This company came in to do work on my house as a sub contractor with [redacted]. The work that they did was below standards. They failed to fix the sub flooring that they were supposed to replace. They installed cabinets that do not match the rest of the kitchen. I had asked that they come back and fix the mistakes that they made. The [redacted] has repeatedly not shown up to scheduled meetings, his business partner showed up late and took pictures and said he would be out later that week to fix it and never showed up. The [redacted] has given me the run around on this and has finally said that he is not going to fix the problems and told me to loss his number. I had contacted the original company and they have terminated RVA Custom homes as a sub contractor.Desired Settlement: I do not trust that the work that they have done is up to standards and will need to have another company come in and redo the work to ensure that someone will not fall through the floor.
