In response to [redacted] customer needed brought wront tie rods at first, customer needed additional front end work, I sent them to a friend mine business to get a second opinion, I told customer I would take care of the alighnment any questions please call [redacted] or [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The first picture is a receipt from RV Pitstop which I had to continuously ask for consecutive days before obtainingI snapped a picture of the receipt before leaving & was told that it was emailed to me but never received any email from the businessThe following three pictures are receipts from another business that I had to also pay, for them to correct the mistakes made that should've already been taken care oflike anyone else I would expect what I'm paying for to be done correctly the first time Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The first picture is a receipt from RV Pitstop which I had to continuously ask for 3 consecutive days before obtaining. I snapped a picture of the receipt before leaving & was told that it was emailed to me but never received any email from the business. The following three pictures are receipts from another business that I had to also pay, for them to correct the mistakes made that should've  already been taken care of. like anyone else I would expect what I'm paying for to be done correctly the first time.
