I am rejecting this response because:we are willing to be put into another unit, but again I reiterate, Not at any extra expense to us! We feel that we have been continually lied to, put off and disregarded. Yes they are looking at the coach, but, not until we spent 3 months and lots of hours trying to get them to take us seriously. The only  person that was totally honest with us I have not seen again and his report was tampered with, we were told that he embellished it. Seriously why would he do tnat, he works for the company.

We do not agree with there statement. Yes we purchased the unit in May with a promise that the coach would be thoroughly gone through and checked out. It was not. Since the purchase we have been in constantly  contact with rv Four Seasons loveland, their sister store where the coach was actually brought to and purchased,  about many things the worst being the rotten floors and mold.  A mold test has been done and verified that there is significant mold in the bath and living room slide areas. They are unwilling to take the steps necessary to mitigate the mold properly. Yes we are willing to get into another unit but with no extra money. We have been displaced from our home and lied to repeatedly. This unit sat on their Wheatridge store back lot from last August to May before it was sold. They hot water tank froze over the winter and is rusty and split in two places leaking water into the underside of the coach under the furnace.
