Very unprofessional! Called for "driveway service" and asked if they were a certified Keystone mechanic and the owner said yes, he was certified to work on themAn appointment was made and they were a no showTwo weeks later we called and they asked us to drop it off, so we didIt sat in their posession for over days and absolutely nothing was repairedDuring the days, Shelley, (Queen of Excuses) first said she was waiting for the Warranty Company to return her callsWe called the Warranty Company and they had never been contacted by RV Doctor and assured us there records were spot onWhen Shelley was confronted she said we misunderstood and she was waiting for parts cost from Keystone and they were the ones not returning her callsThen we called Keystone and they stated that RV Doctor Incis not an authorized repair shop so therefore they cannot purchase parts from the companyThey do not return your calls or respond to email eitherNow, we have picked up the camper that was there for leak repairs and a sewer gas leakNow that it has sat and leaked for months it smells lovely inside! A combination of sewer and moldDo yourself a favor and do business elsewhere

Darryl had a difficult job with our RV. He worked non-stop to fix the problem which he did. We had a leaky water heater that was hard to get to. He was determine to fix it which as I stated he did. I now have hot water and am so appreciative for it
