avoid - I broke down driving my RVI found RV Restoration and pulled in with a brake caliper problem front leftThis was Friday March 27th '15' at 2:PMThe Mechanic immediately jacked up the front of the RV and pulled both of my tires The manager stated that it was a caliper problem, they photographed the caliper and wrote down the number on the parts I was then told it would be fixed Monday Morning 3/30/RV Restoration is not open on the weekendsMonday came and went They did allow me to hook up to electric and let me stay in the RVThen it would be ready Tuesday 3/31/at 10:AM, it was on its way from Tampa Then I was told it would be Wedat 11:AM it was on the way from SCOn Thurs4/2/it was on its way from SC My RV was up on jacks, I couldn't leave if I wanted to I found out they ordered rotors , ( I didn't need)Thursday afternoon the parts came and the mechanic installed them in hours I was lied to everyday about the partsI was there for full weekThe mechanics were great and knew their craft, the management felt it was necessary to tell stories and lead you on; I couldn't leave, but I did take pictures during the stay showing that all the parts removed from my RV were laying right there on the ground for a full week, never moved I was billed hrslabor at an hoursIt took hour that first Friday I got there to remove the Tire and rotors, calipers, the parts then just laid there a week I was there (where else would I be) when the mechanic installed the new parts in two hours Book labor states the job is a hours job THE MECHANICS WERE GREAT, they are not the problem [redacted]
