I am rejecting this response because:
He wants to bash me and continue to not take any responsibility for his actions what company does this? I had to call police and waste an officers time on his PETTY GAMES HE PLAYS . After he told me to come get my stuff! If he was right in all this why would he not want to fight and take this to court to prove his work! To prove “I’m the liar” and the cause of all this? He says his peace and tranquillity but yet he has caused me nothing but stress and has been playing games this whole time with time frame and I kept asking him for pictures for days and nothing. He brought some want a be thugs there to scare a female . After they gave me my items I told the officer thank you ! Yet his wife who I never met stood there and told me “it’s better I not bring my stuff there” . I’m not dumb I would never do business with them again. But just shows some peace and tranquillity they have right? Wasn’t necessary for her to continue to even speak to me after they have cause all this stress and problems. If anyone wants I have all text and pictures and phone record! We will see who is a liar! This company is full of lies and I am baffled that he has the nerve to say I am a liar. First of all I gave him an opportunity to make it right. To do the work that we agreed on . I tried my best to give him some advise. When I saw the work I told him what I saw wrong rather than offer to fix the problems he decided to be offensive and tell me in text how this is what we agreed on etc. even though it looks nothing like the picture we agreed on. So after I saw that he was unwilling to move forward with the agreement I told him to stop all work and give me back my seats the way I dropped off. He still decided to continue work. I told him plenty of times via text to not do any more work as it’s not being done as agreed. After continuing to go back and forth I decided to give him another chance but he wanted more time and now he wanted a deposit. I told him that was something I could not agree on as he has continually caused me stress and time and held my seats hostage. So I let him know if I give him money then I will not only be out money but be out my seats would not make sense. So if he did not want to give me the seats back then I would have no choice but to take him to court because I would have to purchase new seats. He finally said ok take the seats free. Very angry and with attitude. Then he said the reason he is going to give it to me for free is due to his peace and tranquillity in which I told him ok . I asked him 3 times if he was sure. I told him he can take off his material he messaged back “NO!” I said ok I will be there with a police escort. He said why am I going to go with a police escort etc. I told him I don’t want any problems I’m a woman going and I already seen how you are acting. He said fine . I told him I would give him a 30 min heads up. We agreed. I got there early but told him I was there I didn’t bother him til 30 min later and told him ok I’m still here do u know when u will be here? He said idk I can’t tell you I said well can you tell me an hour etc so I know if I want to continue waiting he said “DONT YOU UNDERSTAND?” So I waited . In the mean time police came 2 times and an hour passed since and he showed up with others. I got out and he said “where are the police after he just saw them leave when he was turning into the place. I told him they left they cannot wait he said “ well call them I want them hear” very angry and threatening I was taken back. He had these young guy come from in his shop mad dogging me up and down keep in mind I’m standing outside by myself. He is yelling he wants police there etc. so I call police again they come out and I told office I KNOW THIS IS A CIVIL MATTER IM ONLY HERE BECAUSE HE TOLD ME TO COME GET MY STUFF OTHERWISE I WOULDNT BE HERE. He said he wasn’t going to give me any problems but yet Im there for about 2 hours at this point. I told the cop and if he doesn’t give me my stuff I would like a incident report made so I have PROOF OF ALL THE GAMES HE HAS BEEN PLAYING. the officer said ok . He went and spoke to this liar and came back and said he’s going to give you your items. I had to redo the work and he wasted my time. Almost a month and this guy put me through so much stress . I want to make a report to warn any sane person who wants to do business with this guy. He says I intimidate or try to use scare tactics all I said was if he was not going to give me my stuff back I would have no choice but to go through courts. Which any smart person would do! He thinks just because he probably got away with this from other customers that may not know better that he can get away with everyone . I told officer that this guy could have taken his material off and sold it. But he said no! That goes to show how he is. He gave me no discount or upgrades for free ! We agreed on a price over phone I got there he changed it and then he told me new price I walked away to get other items and he said oh no my guy said it has to be this price now! I should of left then after he kept changing but I wanted to give our people an opportunity and give them the business and this happened!
