Never showed up for the 4th time. We do not want anything to do with this company ever. We have another reliable roofing company to take care of his work. My husband and I want nothing to do with him. [redacted]
My name is John Rutkowski, owner of Rutkowski Construction ###-###-####.I am writing in regards to the customer complaint of [redacted] ( complaint [redacted])Recently I received a call from Mr. [redacted], who stated to me that he had a roof installed by me not too long ago and the roof has...
been leaking. He said he cannot find the roof guarantee or not exactly sure of the installation date. I did not recall his name or the installation off hand.In the course of the conversation he mentioned that he's been trying to call me at ###-###-####. I explained to Mr. [redacted] that the number he has been trying to reach me at has not been in service for over 4 yrs. Mr. [redacted] explained to me that he also had another contractor on his roof trying to fix his leak. I informed Mr. [redacted] even though manufacturers guarantee their shingles for 20 or 30 years, my labor is guaranteed for only 1 year. I also informed him that allowing another contractor on the roof could void my guarantee but I told him I would come out to look at the roof.I also informed him that we've had several bad winters since his installation 4 years ago and last year we had large snow falls along with heavy ice. At this point, my warranty has expired however I was willing to work with Mr. [redacted]. Please let me know by phone or via email [redacted] to resolve this matter.Thank you,John Rutkowski
