This business refuses to return our prepayment of tutoring expenseThey refuse to refund on the basis that their contract is clearThe contract is anything but clearThere are as many as different refunds available on cancellation of lessons: one is that no refund is available, another is that a $refund is available and a third is that a $refund is availableThey are not a better business as they chose the interpretation that no refund is available
I am also looking into whether they processed a payment on our credit card on the day that we cancelledJudging by the amount that they are holding, it would appear that they have done so which would be an improper business practice
As we have no intention of returning, or seeing any of our friends or family attend at the ***, their offer to have us take our year old daughter back is offensive
