Rustic Luxe Cabins Broken Bow

Property owners refuse to offer credit for future date or refund due to cancellation due to covid.
They told me "dont take it personal" and "if you dont like it, take it up with vrbo" (their booking agency) when that was done and the booking agency asks them to do such, they are ignored as well as now I am.
This place has no compassion for those hit personally by the pandemic. They have no sensetivity to a person generally. Not even one kind word has come from this llc as a whole. They would rather people come to the property sick than put a little compassion behind their name.
I just hope people read this as well as the other reviews before planning to visit.
