Rustic Grains Bakery

Review: My experience with the owner and business was very disappointing. I ordered a very expensive $400 but simple wedding cake and received an elaborate mess. I actually think that I got the wrong cake it was so off. I placed an order for a 2 layer smooth white cake with a single white flower and berry filling. What I received was a 3 layer white cake with shell shaped frosting all over it,small white and pink flowers, three brown and yellow mints, straw berry's sliced on each side of the cake and puddles of some green frosting near the straw berries. When the owner was contacted they said that they did more for me and I should be happy. He didn't seem to care that this was my wedding cake and wasn't anything I asked for. I have tried on 3 occasions to discuss some type of refund and he said he doesn't know what to do and said I should be happy he did more than I asked. I was so upset I had the chef at my reception alter the cake scrapping off all that he could to try to fix the cake.

I would appreciate a full refund for this cake. I actually think that I could have received something closer to what I was hoping for from a grocery store. It's my opinion that this bakery and owner lack any understanding of customer satisfaction. This was my wedding day not just any day.
