I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that the resolution is NOT satisfactory to me.  1 of my items was 4 years old and the other was 10 months old.  Seems like they are blaming the company that delivered my items when they don't know when the items were damaged.  Smooth relocation is not taking ANY responsibility at all.
