Review: When I first hired Rustic Creek Landscaping, I was warned about them not following up with issues after a job was complete. The owner took me to several jobs he had worked on and the owners seemed very happy with their work. What was interesting was when I spoke with the owner about the poor followup on one of the jobs he had completed, he immediately went over to their house and fixed the problem. The job I hired this company for was a large scale and expensive project. While the project was in progress, the owner was very attentive and followed up on all my issues and/or concerns. The minute the project was complete, all of a sudden my calls weren't returned and I fell to the bottom of their priority list. The last job I had them do was to replace some of my plants and to bring in more landscape rocks. I noticed after they had completed replacing the plants that one of them had parts of it that were brown and it look like it was dying. I notified the owner about my concern with this new plant, but he indicated it just needed time to adjust to being planted. Needless to say, the plant died and although I have left several messages regarding this problem, the owner has not returned any of my phone call to date.Desired Settlement: I would prefer the plant be replaced, but at this point, I think it would be better to sever any relationship with this business and instead I am requesting a full refund.

We had Nick and his crew lay a large paver patio around our pool. It looks great and has made our backyard the place our family gathers. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up daily. We will definitely call Rustic Creek when we need landscaping work in the future and we recommend them to friends!
