to whom this may concern, we drop the ball here at southerntier spray foam on this customer with great apology we did contact this customer we are going to respray her room to make her happy and we will give her a few hundred dollars back for the hassle thanksRuss W

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN THE GUTTERS WILL BE FIXED ASAP I HAVE HAD ALOT OF PERSONAL ISSUES THAT I REALLY DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT EVER SINCE LAST YEAR I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING TO MAINTAIN CUSTOMERS WELL DEALING WITH ISSUES AS STATED IF I DONT HAVE THE JOB DONE BY 5/14/then I
will personally hire a gutter company to take care of it THANKS RUSSSent from my iPad
