Review: Russo's Auto (Canonsburg) messes up my gear shifter when they fix the air bag light issue.Drop off my car for the air bag light issue on 10/13 morning. In the afternoon, got a phone call said that the car is done. I pick the car around 3:30 10/13. They said they fix the problem and I paid the money.Then I get out the door and start my car, found the shifter becomes very difficult to switch from P to other gear levels. This issue is never happened, but it happens now. The car was left in their workshop for 7 hours or so, I had no idea what they did to my car. Go back to the shop and request to fix this issue for their duty, my requesting is denied by the boss. They claim that "Shifter Sticks on Check in", but it was not true. They mess up my shifer and won't commit/fix it.Desired Settlement: I do not want them to touch my car again. I feel obligation that I need to expose their bad behaviors to treat the car and customer. I am requesting they pay my repairing fee for fixing the gear shifting issue in another workshop.
