I took my Ford Explorer into the NAPA shop at Highway 431, Wedowee, AL for work on the hvac systemMy complaint was that I had full heat on all settings except max acThey claimed to have repaired the vehicle and replaced partsWhat they actually did was cut the vacuum line for the heater control valve and connect the heater control valve directly to the main vacuum line coming off the intakeThis would close the heater control valveI would have no heat regardless of what setting I choseGiven that they cut the vacuum line and connected it somewhere that is was not supposed to go, I doubt it they put any new parts in my vehicleI want my money refunded ($455.00)
