fact that I did miss the customers trash on the assigned date of pick up. I did return to pick it up 2 days later. I did apologize to the customer it was a human error. I tried to retain the customer by offering a credit, he declined. I did mail a check to the customer in the amount of $5.91.

The business owner did not offer an apology - his only response was "I was going to call you". I made six calls to him and never received a response back. I have not received a check or credit from the business. And if I did I would reject it if it was not the full amount that I had originally paid. He is charging me $30 to pick up the cans when he had to come anyway to pick up the garbage that he failed to pick on Feb. [redacted]. And it is not my fault that his regular truck didn't pick up the garbage. When they did pick up, at 10:20 pm, they left behind items in the road and a bag of garbage on the side of the road. I feel that they were being vindictive because I terminated the service because of poor service. At no time did Mr. R[redacted] tell me that there would be a $30 charge to pick up the cans if I didn't keep his service for a year. I went with his business because he is local. All of my neighbors use County Waste for their garbage service but I made the mistake of going with the local business.
