original part is discontinued and replaced by a new partDuring the telephone conversation I explained how price files are uploaded and this was either human error or this transaction occurred prior to the current price file upload.  Either way the customer should never be on the hook for the price increase and Russo Power Equipment offered the original price of $120.57 plus the additional $90.01 shipping cost.  Customer stated he purchased the part elsewhere and thanked me for leaving the offer on the table and for contacting via telephone.  Customer also stated he will mark the case resolved with the Revdex.com.Thank you,[redacted]

I was contacted twice after I submitted my complaint. The gentlemen I spoke with were very apologetic and made attempts to remedy the situation.  I am very satisfied with the response and just wish the situation didn't get to this point.
