Russian Tea Room

Review: I recently took my Mother and Daughter to The Russian Tea room. The wait staff was rude, never came to check on our table, did not refill our drinks and the food was terrible. I have a gluten allergy and was barely served any food on a gluten free Tea service. I asked to speak to the manager. She came to the table and when bringing the issues to her attention all she did was offer me a glass of champagne to make it better. She laughed at me. She didn't care. She treated us like we were nothing. I spent $148.98 on high tea that I wasn't able to really eat and didn't even get a drink refill. I was upset, hungry and angry that they were so rude to us. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a dining establishment. I have been to High tea's all over the East Coast with my family and this was by far the worst experience ever.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.
