The customer has not brought this vehicle to our facility for any type of repair.We would be happy to address this with the customer given the opportunity

Second visit she test drove multiple New vehicles and she reiterated the fact that should would he Financing a New vehicle and paying cash for the other New vehicle.During her Third visit to the dealership she inquired about entering into negotiations to purchase a New vehicleIncluded in the negotiations was her request to have the salesman reduce the MSRP on a new vehicle and trading in a *** *** black with 33,miles vird*** at which time she requested an appraisal of her trade in and told the salesman she had $cash to put as a down paymentUpon verbal authorization and providing a photo of her Social Security and Drivers License a Benny Boyd Sales employee entered her information into our computer system (***)The information that was entered into *** included the customers Trade in information as seen above as well as her First Name, Last Name, Physical Home Address, City, State, Zip code, Home/Mobile Phone, Years/Months at current residence, Housing Type, Monthly Mortgage Payment Amount, Time at previous residence, Current Employer, Occupation, Years/Months at current employer, Monthly income at current employer, Date of birth, Drivers License Number and Social Security NumberThis is the information customers provide when financing a New or Pre-owned vehicle.The next person to visit the dealership was her husband who spoke breifly with the Benny Boyd Business ManagerHer husband chose to us profanity to communicate his disapproval of his wifes decision to enter into negotiations to purchase a New vehicle.Finally, her husband arrived at the dealership on another ocassion once again using profanity to comunacate his disaprovalOn this occation he spoke with the Sales Manager ,Business Manager and General ManagerThe General Manager request that Shc be present at the dealership during the discussion to holp resolve their issue.Signed: Benny Boyd Andrews Management

*** ***yes they fixed that problem and many other problem but it took over six months being in the service department for the same issue I only had the car in my posession for one month and they said that they were going to total out the car but not give me another car or my money back and they also said one of the times that its not there responsbility if something happens to the car its my car insurance problem so they were very dishonest on what they say when they say that they dont stop until the costumer is completely satisfied they kept on giving us the run around we had to call everyday to see what was going on and they acted like they didnt even care THANK YOU SINCERLY *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: they lied to me, and still are lying. I can prove it on Carfax. This business will be hearing from a lawyer, since...

the amount is in excess of a small claims court. I have a couple lawyer buddies over on post at Judge Advocate General office that said they would be more than willing to fight it for me no cost, so I think I will see them there. I also will be telling my story on every single media outlet that will take it, CBS, NBC, FOX, whatever, all local media will get forwarded my story, along with all review sites on the internet. This isn't over. I gave them an easy out that was quiet for them. Next, they will hear my thunder.

We sent the vehicle to the local [redacted] store for PCM replacement. Their service department failed to reconnect the Headlight switch after programming the new PCM.  We reconnected the headlight switch here and the car is fixed.

Thank you for the information.  This was a mis-communication. We have since reached out to the customer and resolved the matter.
