Russells Towing

Review: On January 5, 2014 Russell's Towing towed my car from a parking lot on Anahiem Blvd. After towing my car Russell's Towing placed a "No Parking" sign at the entrance of the parking lot. I am certain that the sign was not there because I drove around looking for an unrestricted parking lot. The one that I was in had two exits. I checked both exits for signs prior to parking my vehicle. I had also parked on the same lot on January 4, 2014, after checking for parking restrictions. Furthermore, I spoke with several maintenance people and groundskeepers that confirmed that Russell's Towing had placed the signs that afternoon.When I located the towing company and stated this to them, the worker was extremely rude and began using profanity and refused to release my car, stating, "I will get to you when I feel like it, we could be here all day". I then called the police. He eventually released my car after berating me for over an hour. When my car was released I noted several scratches on the front driver side of my vehicle. I attempted to show this damage to the staff and they refused to look, demanding that I leave. The tow company towed my car within 20 minutes of my parking and charged me $310.Desired Settlement: I want my $310 refunded and the damage to the front end of my car repaired.
