Review: I really hope you can help us, I purchased a wedding dress for my daughter, they promised they would make alterations to my specifications, paid extra $100.00 for such alterations. After two fittings, we realized that the seamstress made continually bad alterations, we were afraid it can not be repaired properly , it caused my daughter much stress and disappointment, we had no choice but to bring dress to another seamstress, which has caused me to pay another $150.00 and I am hoping it can be repaired properly. Also, I ordered a veil which was paid in full in the amount of $159.20, which I never received and they refused to refund me. I brought this to the attention of the owner, [redacted] on the last fitting and she really did not have any concern for our disappointment and refused to make amends or refund me any money.Desired Settlement: I would like my $100.00 returned for really poor alterations, the extra money needed to pay for the alterations to repair damage done, in the amount of $150.00 and the cost of the veil I nevered received in the amount of $159.20.

I want a total refunded to me in the amount of $409.20.
