Russell's Towing

[redacted] I contacted Russell's Towing a couple weeks after filing complaint A gentleman who did not give his name stated that I'd have to contact my insurance company for my plates I did as suggested and was able to get my plates.I stand by my complaint, as the people at Russell's Towing never contacted me, instead I had to contact them I am very unimpressed with the service I received, and would rather contact a family member to tow the vehicle than to ever utilize Russell's Towing
