I met The *** through a mutual friend from churchI did everything I could to try to help them instal this pool correctly and save them moneyI charge them hourly for myself and my helper!!! I even took $5/hr off my wage because they said they need to take their dog to the vetBefore I
completed the job his wife said she had somebody else to finish itWith her rude attitude I politely said ok but I'm not responsible for any work after I left the jobThen the next day she text me she is going to sue me if I don't finish and was acting very arrogant and commanding me to finish the job for freeI simply told them I can't work for ungrateful, rude customers and I'm losing money being on this job Thank you for contacting me on this complaintI did my best to help this family and they did their best to make me never work for them againSincerely,*** ***
