[redacted] never made any objection to the fees and expenses billed to him until after the successful resolution of his case by a court order completely relieving him of his future obligation to pay spousal support to his former spouse. [redacted] is currently indebted to this office in the amount of $24,034.16 for legal services rendered on his behalf.On June 5, 2015, [redacted] contacted our office to discuss his past due invoice. [redacted] raised all of the points discussed in your letter during that conversation and was provided with a detailed explanation as for the reasons this office proceeded as it did. The parties thenentered into a payment plan for [redacted] to satisfy his past due balance.
