I paid extra for extra writing on the BACK of the ornament and instead it was put on the bottom of the ornament! ADVERTISMENTI contacted their customer service online...OMG what a nightmare not only will they not pay for me to ship this item back they refuse to refund my full paid amount for this defected itemDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANYThey are not honestThis has been the worse customer service I have ever received in my whole life!
