Review: Hand car wash service man did not wash car completely, left hot wax to dry on roof of car and roof of trunk. There is damage to paint. [redacted] manager would not address issue, would hang up, and Chase Russell owner would not address issue either.Desired Settlement: Seeking refund of cost and potential paint repair.
