This is the first time I see this complaintAnyway, here is our response to the matter:Although Vehicle is sold as is, and marked clearly while on the lot, the customer declined an extended warranty on the vehicle which would have taken care of the power train (basically all mechanical issues)We strongly dispute all claims of promises for a free check-up, repairs, etcwere ever givenWe work with reputable mechanics and are glad to refer our customer for service and ask the mechanic to pass along our reduced (trade) ratesCustomer was invited to bring in, or take vehicle to, her own mechanic but declinedCustomer was offered, free of charge, a full condition (Carfax) reportAs a form of payment, we sometimes accept check and/ or iou from CustomersAs a sign of goodwill, and based on the request of the customer, the dealership agreed to break the due payment to monthly payments of $200; however, none were madeNo interest or late fees are included in the above amountWe do our utmost to be fair and courteous to all of our customersWe work with customers because we know that people sometimes have a difficult time; however, ill intentions to defraud us are not tolerated.Respectfully, TRUST MOTORS, LLCCassat AveJacksonville, Fl ###-###-#### OFFICE ###-###-#### FAX ###-###-#### SALES (Cellphone) TRUST IS EVERYTHING!!
