United Wholesale Flooring has no contract with R [redacted] ( [redacted] *Surfside Drive) The previous homeowner purchased the flooring from United Wholesale Flooring, and warranties are not transferableOther Facts: 1- After looking at the pictures looks like some of the loops are coming out, none of the manufacturers warrant such a problem, and this happens due to loop B [redacted] carpet construction and the usage.One disadvantage of B [redacted] is the possibility of snagging and/or runningWith a loop construction, it is possible for things to get caught in the loop and pull it outIt does require a lot of force to actually snag a B***It could happen by dragging a piece of furniture across the carpet.B [redacted] is known for raveling at the edges of seams or even in the main area of a room if just a little piece gets hooked on a high heel or if the dog or cat gets a paw or claw caught in it.2-After installation, the original homeowner, was satisfied with the installation, and he paid the invoice balance after inspecting the new carpeted floorWe don't know who caused the damages after that; it could be movers, the previous homeowner or the new one
