Review: I ordered apparel for my business on 4/11/14 and my bank account was charged, delivery date was scheduled for 4/25/14, it is now 5/5/14 and still have no order received. I have called their customer service repeatedly, a total of about 20 times, over the course of the past 10 days and only get voicemail. I left my info each time and received no call back. I had also emailed them a couple times and received nothing back. Their website, [redacted], says they are Revdex.com accredited, which they are apparently not. I would like to know the status of my order and/ or something refunded for the amount I had to pay to get something rushed from another company to use in the meantime. The oreder status states shipped since 4/18. This is the worst customer service I had ever dealt with. Please do something about this company before they start taking everyones money. Thank YouDesired Settlement: My order total was $160.32 which was deducted from my bank account 4/14. I would like my order and something reimbursed for the problems this is causing in my business.
