on Sept15, I personally consigned to MrLouie D*** (owner of RCS Auctions) boxes of collectables for an upcoming box lot auction I have the receipt Each box had my name, address and phone # on it After not receiving a check, I emailed him on Nov14, and Nov29, to inquire if he had sold my items yet, as no check had been received by me MrD*** did not answer either of my emails Next, I called him times in December at his phone for the auction house (###-###-####) I left a message and he did not return either of my calls Next, I called times in January, to his antique shop (###-###-####) and spoke to a nice lady there She would pass my concern onto MrD*** and ask him to return my call He did not return either of my calls Bottom line, he owes me money for items he auctioned for me I can provide a receipt and also a list of items that I consigned to him

he siad that she should be receiving a check by next week.  Business claims that the consumer said that there was no rush with selling her items and they just finish selling the other half.
