MsBejarano, I would like to respond to the complaint filed by Mr*** ***. I tried reaching out to Mr*** to and gave him my cell phone number but haven’t received a call back. He says that we don’t notify that our “Rush Air Socks” are required and that is
not the case. We have this information in our park and also on our website *** *We also have a no refund policy which he agreed to when he signed our waiver before he purchased his tickets. We have this policy because we have limited space in our park and by selling him that time slot we are unable to sell that slot to someone else.
