Rusch Doorz

Review: Rusch installed a commercial garage door in July. We have had several warranty calls due to the door not functioning properly, and the door no longer closing. This leaves our business in a vulnerable position with an open door overnight. On 9/23 we called to get them to come out to look at the door, which would not close (this was probably the 4th time in 2 months). At 8am they told us they would come out that day. At 4pm they told us they would find out where their guys were, and then stopped answering our calls. We had to leave the premises unsecured that night. This morning we called a repair company, who informed us 1.) The incorrect motor is installed (a light duty motor does not work well with a commercial door), 2.) The bar is installed crooked, resulting in the cable slipping off and the door staying open, 3.) The motor should be installed in an overhead configuration, and not a side mounted configuration.Desired Settlement: Either reimbursement for repair, installation and new motor charges performed by the 2nd company (we will return the old motor to you), or installation of the correct motor in the correct configuration. We have already paid for the crooked bar to be installed straight.
