30 days ago. How does someone loose $435.00 ? I want a written apology and better accounting practices.

This will help with the account that has been given to [redacted], but not with the account that was given to Delivery Financial Services. I literally just got off the phone with a representative and was given a different reference number than the account with [redacted]. I was informed today they do no bill to health insurance after I provided my insurance information two weeks ago. Again, I never received a bill for these services and do not understand how this went to a "second placement" company.
