I purchased two shirts from this company on 5-26-2020. At the time of ordering, there was a delay of 7-10 business days for delivery. A month later and I still do not have my purchase. I have reached out to them VIA email MULTIPLE times and only got one response from an *** that said I needed to allow 7-10 days. At that point, it had been 15 business days. And now, I still do not have the purchases. Nobody will respond back to my emails. I just want either my money back or I want the two shirts I have ordered.

When the article of clothing (sherpa jacket) was received the stitching on the cuff of jacket were pulled and not stitched properly. I did not want to cut the strings as this may cause the hem to come undone. On Sat, Oct 6, 2018, my husband (purchaser of the jacket) emailed the company explaining the issue and he submitted pictures to show the defect. On Tue, Oct 9, 2018 he received and email from Belinda asking for the order number, he responded the same day with the information requested. My husband followed up again with Belinda on Oct 23rd because we had heard nothing from the company in the 2 weeks. Belinda finally replied to us on Oct 30th stating she will accept the coat back and once it was received she would look at the jacket, she also stated we only had to Nov 3rd to get the jacket in the mail. That was a total of 5 days if you count the date of the email and the date it had to be sent out. My husband and I then emailed on Nov 8, Nov 15, Nov 21, Dec 7, and Dec 26 with no response from Belinda or anyone at Rural. I have all emails and the pictures if those are needed please advise. There is no phone number available online so I cannot directly contact in any way other than email, which is not working.
