Ruoff is by far the worst organization I have ever worked withWe purchased our home in January and our first payment was due in MarchWe signed up for automatic payments but had to call EVERY month to get them to take our paymentThen to make matters worse we were charged a late fee for them not taking the payment, seriously? We called to get this fixed and were told a supervisor would call us back the next day, no call! Then so we wouldn't get another late payment and again the payment was not withdraw from our account we made the payment but this time they took two payments causing our account to go negativeOnce again we called and were told they would reverse one of the payments, that didn't happen so we called again and were told they didn't know which payment we wanted returned and they were waiting on us to call backMaybe they should have called and asked? So we told them which payment to return to our account and yet still the payment hasn't been returned and now it is time for another paymentWorst customer service ever!!!
