Review: The company runs itself as an in-home dry clean pick-up and drop-off service (there is no storefront) and prides itself on caring for high-end fashion garments. I gave them a wedding gown, bridal headpiece, corset garment, tuxedo and numerous other articles of clothing to clean. A few pieces took several months to be returned. However, the wedding gown was returned nearly three years later and was damaged with water stains that are not removable and a torn petticoat. The bridal headpiece was also returned nearly three years later and also damaged. Both the gown and the headpiece were in far greater condition than they were when returned to me. I am still waiting for the corset garment to be returned and have not heard back from the business owner despite many excuses. I have received numerous excuses regarding my garments and their delay. The customer service is poor and at times I have wondered if my garments were stolen and never being returned. If I did not make numerous inquiries and calls, my wedding gown probably would not have been returned. However, I am still waiting on one other garment. I have paid extremely high fees to this dry cleaning service, only to have received my wedding gown and bridal head piece returned to me in a damaged condition.Desired Settlement: Refund for damaged garments and also for my outstanding corset garment to be returned to me. Three plus years is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a dry cleaning service.

Review: I sent a garment in for alteration. When it was returned, it was not done according to the instructions agreed upon. The representative, [redacted], apologized and said it could- and would- be fixed. That was four months ago. I have had sporadic communication with him with missed deadlines and plenty of excuses. He finally promised the garment to me by a specific date. When I followed up on the day, I received no response and have not had any since. What communication did transpire was at times unprofessional and once even threatening. After having discussed the situation with friends and business associates, I have come to learn that this business has lost many accounts and clients for this very reason, obscenely long lead times and failure to deliver. In total it has been about 4-5 months and I am still awaiting the return of my garment with no response from the business. By the way, don't try visiting the business. The only address given is for a PO Box. I could not find where exactly this "business" operates.Desired Settlement: I would like the garment back with all alterations completed to satisfaction.
