Run Jump N Play

We had our sons 4th birthday party here on March 30, 2013. The facilities appear nice and seem upkept, however 5 people from our party ended up getting a stomach virus the following evening. I'm wondering how often their inflatables/golf clubs/golf [redacted]/swings/bowling [redacted] are sterilized.

Not only did my party not start at the correct time the place was mismanaged and my guests were sent to a different party. They were extremely unordganized and I suggest they send their employees to be trained in customer service at pump it up. We were at a party the evening before ours at [redacted] and the service was MUCH better. I had to serve my own drinks, pizza etc. I also had to write down my own gifts etc.

Also I was told my remaining balance was 239$ but charged my $259

Don't waste your money if your child demands a party like this go to [redacted]. Way more professional company! Our party cost $400 but wasn't worth 5

So many varied choices to keep the kids active! My kids (7 and 5) love going to play on the swingsets and inflatables. We haven't ventured into the glow room options yet, I like to encourage them to burn off a lot of energy using big muscle groups on the swingsets and inflatables. Have attended several birthday parties and thought they were well run. Have not hosted one of my own.
