We have processed a check for the consumer, and she is more than welcomed to pick it up from the salon

Business states that they have attempted to contact the consumer regarding a refund, however, consumer has not responded The business request contact from the consumer in order to receive refund

complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I paid with a credit card and the refund should be made to the card.  I have contacted the business and was told that Casey was in a meeting and that she will return my call.
