On Friday, December 2, 2016, I was notified by [redacted] ***, owner of Luxury Home Development Group, Inc., that all work on my home renovation project was being ceasedThe aforementioned occurred after simply requesting that Mr [redacted] repair items that he damaged and/or improperly installed and for the poorly constructed work to be completed in a suitable manner As of December 2, (date of abandonment), there were many things left unfinished in my home and it currently remains in an inhabitable state$was given to him upfront because he did not want to cover cost as a contractor and get remainder when completeThis was all Labor costAll materials were purchased and picked up by myself and HusbandI was accused of fraud when I was forced to file a claim to his Insurance company with his bond which he has on my homeAll work done by him had to be redone and all materials repurchased for my new contractorHe was on FMLA from his Railroad employment with BNSF
Very professional they work fast and did beautiful work very affordable they also had great idea eager to get more work done I refer them any day
I had my Kitchen and bathroom completed by this companyThis Company went above and beyond for my home projectI'm in Love with their work!!! Thanks Luxury Home Development Group !
