I dint recive any phone call as I know if they did I never see it or no one leave any massage but I will stop by today to get my refund and thank so much the phone I have in file if they have it is the same one I have now

Good Morning,I am sending an email regarding a complaint we received on 3/1/2018. Complaint number is listed as *** regarding Ms*** ***. She checked in on 3/1/and paid for two nights. Electricity did go out on Friday 3/We did inform her that we would
refund her for one nightWhen she left we did take her phone number down and informed her once the electricity was restored we would call her to refund her. She did not answer the phone after many tries of us trying. If she would like a refund she needs to provide us appropriate information and stop by the hotel. She also paid 67.00+tax (13% tax) = $75.71 All residents staying here were informed and well aware that there was no electricity. Thank you,*** ***
