This customers complaint is invalid. The order was placed via our online system which means all information was entered by the customer. The items were sent to the address that she inputed. When she called looking for her items we advised they were showing delivered. She stated she had not...

received them. At that time we asked her to verify her address. When we advised the order came through with a different address she stated we were committing fraud. She was extremely unreasonable saying we somehow made up the address. Instead of continuing to allow her to demean our representatives we chose not to issue a replacement order and instead refunded the card she used at the time of purchase.
