The worst company I have ever dealt with. They would show up when we were at work and leave a door knocker stating unable to treat. We would call and tell them every month that we are not home until after 4:30 and still charge. when they would spray it was not doing any good at all. I had to spray myself .after several months I told them not to come back 3 months after they took 164.00 out of my account that is stealing an unauthorized charge on my account. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

This is the second time we've had an issue with our service and we've only had like 4 of them. Last time, we had an appointment for in the morning and the guys showed up hours later, AFTER I called their office. This time, I received an email at 5:45pm stating the tech had completed service at 11:13am. My husband was home all day so I know nobody came because it was an indoor service. Furthermore, I have security cameras that can verify a tech was never here. I will be requesting a refund and an exit from my contract. This is HORRIBLE service!

Good company to deal with. Management cares for customers. I had an issue and they came back and took care of the issue right away.

Same experience as previous poster. Door solicitor told me I could cancel anytime. I had no intention of cancelling, but when my very first service showed up when they were not supposed to twice and not the agreed upon appointment time, I called to cancel. No one returned this call and my service was not completed inside. I missed work for them to not show up. This last Saturday I recieved an email that they had been to my home again (without my permission) and supposedly completed another service. I emailed them twice and left a voicemail that I had cancelled the service months ago and need to be refunded for the charge as it was fraudulent. I recieved am email back that I had 2 services left on my contract or would be charged a cancelation fee. This is a joke. I let them know I would be reporting it if not fixed and I can see that they didnt care since they aren't accredited anyway. My mistake for trusting people.

Had to give one star because it would not allow me to leave NO STARS. The young man that solicited me at my home for this pest control service told me I could cancel anytime. NEVER mentioned a cancellation fee of any sort even though I asked. When I did call to cancel I was charged $169 for cancellation fee. WHAT A SCAM... DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ONE.

Company solicited their business to my home and in the moment, they made it sound like there was nothing to lose. However, after multiple cases of neglect on their side to communicate with me in order to get a suitable date to service the address, I decided to cancel the service. I thought I might get a refund for the $60 they had originally charged. Instead, I was hit with an unexpected charge of $159 for services that were never rendered. I was not shown any kind of agreement or told about such a fee for services that hadn't been provided. When asked why I was charged an ADDITIONAL amount for services not rendered, I was not given a response.
